We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information Drone Sim XR may access through the Meta Horizon platform, how it is used, and how you can request deletion of any personal data associated with the app.

1. Data We Access

When you use Drone Sim XR on a Meta Quest device, the app may access certain information provided by the Meta Horizon platform through Meta Platform Features, including:

• User ID – a unique identifier provided by Meta that is required to identify the current user and retrieve/display their Meta Avatar in the application. 

• Meta Avatar Data – information required to display your Meta Avatar within the application.

Drone Sim XR only accesses this information when required for the corresponding Meta Platform Features.

2. How We Use the Data

The information described above is used only to provide and operate Meta platform-related functionality within Drone Sim XR.

Specifically:

• User ID may be used to support Meta platform functionality and identify the user during the use of the application.

• User profile information may be used to provide profile-related functionality within the application.

• Meta Avatar data is used to display your Meta Avatar in the virtual environment.

We do not use this information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage

Drone Sim XR does not operate its own servers for storing Meta user profile, User ID, or Meta Avatar data.

The information accessed through Meta Platform Features is processed only as necessary while the relevant functionality is being used. We do not retain this information on our own external servers after it is no longer required for the operation of the application.

4. Data Deletion

Drone Sim XR does not maintain a separate database containing Meta User IDs, profile information, or Avatar data.

If you would like to request deletion of any personal data associated with Drone Sim XR that may be held by us, you can submit a deletion request through our contact page:

Please include "Drone Sim XR – Data Deletion Request" in your request so that we can identify the purpose of your request.

We will review the request and delete any personal data associated with Drone Sim XR that we control, where applicable.

Drone Sim XR uses services and platform features provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta may process information in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms.
