Privacy Policy for Dark Invasion: Mixed Reality
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
Thank you for using Dark Invasion: Mixed Reality.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information Dark Invasion: Mixed Reality accesses on your device, how it is used, and how you can request deletion of any personal data associated with the app.
1. Data We Access
Dark Invasion: Mixed Reality is a single-player, offline application. It does not use Meta Platform Features, and it does not access your personal data.
Specifically, the app does not access:
User ID – the app does not request or use the Meta account identifier.
Meta Avatar Data – the app does not display Meta Avatars and does not request avatar information.
User profile information – the app does not request your name, profile, friends list or any other account information.
Camera images, microphone audio, photos, files, contacts or location.
The app has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers, and it makes no network requests of any kind.
To function, the app reads the following from the headset while it is running, entirely on the device:
Room layout provided by the Meta Scene and Spatial Anchor APIs – the position and size of the walls, floor, ceiling, doors, windows and furniture you have configured in your Space Setup. This describes your room, not you personally.
Head, hand and controller tracking data – the standard positional data every VR application receives in order to render the view and interpret input.
This information is held in memory only for the duration of the session. It is not written to storage and is never transmitted anywhere.
2. How We Use the Data
Because the app does not access User ID, Meta Avatar data or profile information, none of that data is used for any purpose.
The on-device information described above is used only to operate the gameplay in real time:
Room layout is used to place enemies in your rooms, to build navigation so they can move through your space, and to let them interact with walls, windows and furniture.
Head, hand and controller tracking is used to render your view and to interpret aiming, shooting and melee actions as game input.
We do not use this information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for any purpose.
3. Data Storage
Dark Invasion: Mixed Reality does not operate its own servers and does not store user data.
The information described in section 1 is processed only while the relevant gameplay is running and is discarded when the session ends. Game progress exists only for the duration of a session. Nothing is retained on external servers, because the app never connects to any.
Your Space Setup data belongs to the Meta Horizon OS system rather than to this app; the app only reads it at runtime, and you manage it in your headset settings.
4. Data Deletion
Dark Invasion: Mixed Reality does not maintain a database containing Meta User IDs, profile information, Avatar data or any other personal data. Uninstalling the app removes everything associated with it from your headset.
If you would like to request deletion of any personal data associated with Dark Invasion: Mixed Reality that may be held by us, you can submit a deletion request through our contact page, regardless of the region you live in and free of charge:

Please note that data maintained directly by Meta, such as your purchase and download history, is subject to Meta's own privacy policies and data deletion procedures.
5. Third-Party Platform
